RANDY S MAXWELL
President
Randy is the primary teaching pastor, Pastor R.S. Maxwell has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at Center Ridge Baptist Church for 12 years. He and his wife have Two children. Randy S. Maxwell is native of Jacksonville, Arkansas and a graduate of Jacksonville Sr. High School. Pastor Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership & Ministry at Central Baptist College Conway AR, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition at Moody Theological Seminary Chicago, IL. The faithfulness of his life in ministry has taken Pastor Maxwell across the world to share in state and national conferences, conventions, seminars, revivals and preaching engagements. He also served as an instructor for the National Baptist Convention USA Inc, 2007-2017. Where he and his Wife taught,“The Empty Nest Series”. The Lord also granted him the opportunity to preach and perform evangelistic missions in Kenya, Lagos, Agesa, Ikeja, Lagos Island, Mushin, Oshodi Isolo, Somolu of Africa.
In his spare time, he likes to fish,and cuddle with a good book.
APRIL HATFIELD
Vice President
April Hatfield is an Arkansas native. She has a Bachelor's of Art degree in Social Work from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She also has a Master's of Art degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University. She currently works in the mental health field as supervisor in Medical Management for Centene Corporation.
She is a loving wife and has 3 daughters and 1 son.
April is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and play volleyball. Her mission in life is "To help as many as possible as much as possible".
JACKIE WASHINGTON
Director of Finance
Jackie Washington is a Jacksonville native. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She currently works for the United States Postal Services where she has dedicated 25 plus years.
Jackie is an advocate for sharing the word of God and she loves helping others and giving back to the community.
ELLA WASHINGTON
Administrator
Ella Washington is a graduate from Hughes High School. She also graduated Cum Laude from Capitol City Junior College in 1988 where she received her Associates in Medical Administrative Assistance.
Ella has over 34 years of experience in public relations. Currently she is an Administrative Assistant with eStem Public Charter School and Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church.
Her most recent accomplishment is becoming an Independent Sales Consultant with Paparazzi Jewelry.
She is married to a loving husband and is the mother of one daughter. She is also the 8th of 12 children.
Ella enjoys attending church where she fellowships with her family and friends.
